Interested in attending Experience Agile Week but not sure how to convince your organization to pay for it?

You need to convince your manager that sending you and your teammates to eXperience Agile week is the right thing to do.

Here are some initial tips:

Dear Manager,

Here’s why should you send us to EXPERIENCE AGILE WEEK.

Overview

Here’s how to get started:

  • Outline the goals you would like to pursue. These should be based on what your organization is trying to accomplish and/or problems they’re trying to solve.

  • Once the program is announced, find sessions that will help you accomplish those goals. Sign up for our mailing list below so you’re notified when this happens.

  • Build a list of sessions you want to attend that will help you with the goals you have set and put them on an agenda. This will demonstrate that you are seeking knowledge about the challenges your company is facing.

  • Generate a list of speakers you would like to meet with. They can also help you accomplish your goals and impart knowledge that you can take back to your organization.

  • Remember One Certified Course is included in the cost of registration. Many topics are available to choose from. Most companies have training budgets to help you further your knowledge and enhance your productivity.
